Our approach begins with the project—not a promise. We review the purpose, property, entity, experience, budget, liquidity, timing, and exit before identifying a likely review path. Complete scenarios may be routed to an eligible lender only through an approved process and where FYDS is authorized to operate.

FYDS Brokerage is not the lender. Lenders make final credit, collateral, pricing, and approval decisions. Programs and requirements may change, and no preliminary discussion guarantees approval, terms, leverage, or closing timing.
